APPROACH
Dr. Jian Indomenico’s approach to care is grounded in a detailed understanding of anatomy, movement, and the complex interaction between the body’s systems.
Rather than focusing solely on the site of pain, he takes a whole-body approach to assessment. This includes evaluating posture, joint mobility, muscle function, movement patterns, and other contributing factors that may be influencing symptoms or delaying recovery.
Treatment is hands-on and tailored to the individual. Depending on the findings, it may include joint mobilisation, soft tissue techniques, stretching, movement-based therapy, and a structured rehabilitation program designed to support long-term recovery.
Dr. Indomenico believes that patient education is an essential part of effective care. He takes the time to explain assessment findings in clear, understandable language, discuss factors that may be contributing to a condition, and develop a practical treatment plan that empowers patients to take an active role in their recovery.
His Australian background in osteopathy and myotherapy, together with experience in soft tissue therapy, injury rehabilitation, and exercise prescription, allows him to integrate manual therapy with evidence-informed movement and rehabilitation strategies. Every treatment plan is individualised to meet the unique goals, lifestyle, and needs of each patient.
